EO 14201: Orders a restoration of Title IX protections for girls in athletics. "It is the policy of the United States to rescind all funds from educational programs that deprive women and girls of fair athletic opportunities." This means "women's sports are reserved for women."

Women or girls sports are:

• "all-female athletic opportunities" and
• dressed for in "all-female locker rooms"

All executive branch agencies shall rescind funds to programs that fail to comply with this policy, which would include forcing women or girls to compete with or against, or to appear unclothed before, males.

Definitions of male and female are drawn from Executive Order 14168, where biological sex is determinative of the sorting of men from women. These definitions are to be immutable from birth, not subject to changes in gender identity.
